The company, founded in 2002, began its journey with a focus on the production and research and development of MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) music peripherals. This foundational period established Konix's technical expertise and its deep understanding of the needs of modern musicians.

A significant turning point arrived in 2008 when Konix expanded its product line to include hand-rolled pianos and portable drum kits. These products embodied the company's burgeoning philosophy of "music on the move," offering musicians the freedom to practice and perform without the constraints of traditional, bulky instruments.
Building on this momentum, from 2010 to 2018, Konix dedicated its efforts to the large-scale production of portable and intelligent pianos. This era saw the refinement of their designs and the integration of smart features that catered to both beginners and seasoned players, solidifying Konix's reputation as a leader in the portable piano market.
The year 2020 marked another leap forward with the introduction of folding pianos and weighted-action digital pianos. These innovations addressed the demand for even greater portability without compromising the authentic feel of a traditional piano. Simultaneously, the launch of velocity-sensitive electronic drums provided drummers with a more expressive and dynamic playing experience.
Continuing its trajectory of innovation, Konix diversified its offerings in 2022 with the development and production of electronic wind instruments and advanced MIDI keyboards. These new products opened up creative avenues for a wider range of musicians, from wind players to electronic music producers.
The period between 2024 and 2025 has been a testament to Konix's forward-thinking vision, with the successive development of folding weighted-action pianos and the highly anticipated launch of a stringless guitar and a smart electric guitar.These latest creations, featuring app integration for customizable chords and a built-in drum machine, represent the pinnacle of Konix's commitment to integrating technology with musical expression.The smart guitar, with its foldable design and advanced DSP chip, is set to revolutionize how musicians learn, create, and perform.
